Final loan sanctions, interest rates, and disbursal terms remain subject to the sole underwriting discretion of respective partner lending institutions.

2. Free Consultation

Borrowers are not charged any upfront advisory fees by Born Black Financial for loan comparisons or initial file guidance.

3. Accuracy of Information

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information, documents, and income details submitted through our application portal and WhatsApp channels are authentic and accurate.

4. Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Prayagraj, Uttar Pradesh.
